Employee Engagement Partner

THE ROLE

DOXA is looking for an Employee Engagement Partner who will be responsible for the design of the overall engagement plan of the company and the execution of company-wide engagement events, executive-led communication forums with employees, and recognition programs.

SCHEDULE: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippines Standard Time, follows Philippines holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Create an integrated engagement plan based on the engagement framework anchored on the values and principles of DOXA Talent

·       Facilitate internal (employee) communication

·       Manage the coordination and participation of company-wide engagement events

·       Identify and manage vendors and external partners as needed

·       Manage and facilitate executive-led communication forum for employees

·       Manage and rollout of company recognition programs

·       Create, maintain, and analyze data gathered from the employee engagement activities (attendance, satisfaction, etc.)

·       Manage engagement surveys and create and execute action plans

·       Check channels of satisfaction/engagement indicators such as social media, Kamustahan Output, Townhalls, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       At least five years of experience in planning and implementing employee engagement strategies and company-wide events

·       Generalist/HR Business Partnering experience

·       A BPO background is an advantage but not required

·       Experience working with management-level stakeholders

·       Excellent communication both oral and written skills

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
