Marketing Administrator

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting their marketing initiatives across a wide range of activities, including webinars, blogs, miscellaneous marketing tasks, community consulting, client newsletters, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion. By leveraging the company’s frameworks, templates, and brand guidelines, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their market presence and engagement with their target audience.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Perform the following tasks involving webinars:

o   Coordinate with vendors to fill available slots on the webinar schedule

o   Arrange and participate in meetings between vendors and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to discuss collaboration processes

o   Handle recap emails, maintain minutes, and act as a Webinar Success Manager to assist vendors with all preparations

o   Develop webinar scripts and presentations adhering to the company’s frameworks, templates, and brand guidelines

o   Create promotional ads, posts, and emails, deploy campaigns through HubSpot, monitor registrations, and moderate webinars

·       Perform the following tasks involving blogs:

o   Organize interviews with leaders, consultants, and coaches for content creation

o   Utilize tailored ChatGPT prompts for transcribing interviews and developing blog content

o   Draft and optimize blog posts in HubSpot CMS with SEO keywords and backlinks

o   Coordinate with the CRO for quality control and publish content as per schedule

o   Promote content through organic posts and community consulting

·       Perform the following miscellaneous marketing tasks:

o   Manage internal requests for marketing assets like slide decks and website content updates through a CW PSA ticket board

o   Collaborate with third-party resources for designing event-related marketing materials

·       Perform the following tasks related to community consulting:

o   Monitor and engage with online communities on Facebook and Reddit to identify customer pain points

o   Bring relevant topics to the service teams for discussion and response

o   Leverage interactions for blog content and promote the company’s services, offering free trials to drive subscriptions

·       Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to encourage client engagement, highlight key resources, promote events and services, and share success stories

·       Develop, post, and manage content across social platforms according to a social calendar in HubSpot to promote events, blogs, and services

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       5+ years of marketing experience in marketing

·       Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, social media management, content creation, website and SEO optimization, events and webinar management, graphic design, and marketing asset management.

·       Experience in handling either IT or managed services industries; the ideal candidate has worked at ConnectWise or other software companies in the PSA/RMM software space

·       With multi-client environment and project management experience

·       Experience with HubSpot is required

·       Experience in managing content for the following social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube

·       Strong communication and organizational skills

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

·       Creative thinking with attention to detail

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
