Sales Associate

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Sales Associate to join their growing team. This role is responsible for engaging with clients and providing them with relevant resources to help with their business needs. In addition, this role will also nurture leads so they can be converted to become clients.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Communicate and interact with clients over the phone, e-mail, Teams, and social media

·       Advise and provide information resources to clients on the status of the projects

·       Follow up by sending potential clients with relevant documents/proposals, links to industry articles, or trade resources so they can be at the top of the field

·       Nurture acquired and assigned leads to convert to clients and closings

·       Get to know prospective clients and identify their needs

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
