Project Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is responsible for engaging with various team members and vendors in leading projects. The ideal candidate is someone who has project leadership experience with exposure to IT infrastructure industries and has a strong background in project management methodologies.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Enrich the team-focused culture by emphasizing collaboration, assistance, and shared knowledge

·       Engage closely with colleagues, ensuring ideas and solutions benefit the team

·       Work closely with the Transformation Leader to pull the client and vendor team members together into a single, integrated, high-functioning team with a single work plan

·       Lead the unified project team forward as assertively as possible while identifying opportunities to mature the client team’s effectiveness by helping them adopt the company’s ways of working

·       Schedule the Transformation Leader to attend at least 3 client leadership-facing meetings weekly

·       Complete the company’s Transformational Leadership Program (TLP) with a score of 90% or higher

·       Contribute to the company’s Leadership Accelerator forum to develop professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       3+ years working as a Project Leader, with Big 5 consulting experience or similar

·       Must have proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects within enterprise environments, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Office365 Suite, network infrastructure, data centers, cloud services, and cybersecurity

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, JIRA)

·       Experience developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies; must be able to provide a copy of a work plan

·       Experience in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery; must be able to provide examples of how you accomplish these

·       Able to demonstrate an understanding of the Agile Manifesto and its 12 principles by sharing examples of how you have used them

·       Able to demonstrate mastery of an Enterprise Project Management method by sharing examples of how you have used them to successfully deliver your past Enterprise projects

·       Able to demonstrate proficiency in a market-leading Project Portfolio Management tool by sharing examples of how you have used one to move your past Enterprise Projects forward as assertively as possible

·       Adept at communicating (leading) C-Level Executives

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

·       Possesses drive, growth mindset, team orientation, humility, empathy, and an outcome obsession

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
