IT Project Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager, who will be the driving force behind their client-focused IT projects, ensuring they are executed flawlessly from inception to completion. This role will lead a dynamic team, manage resources effectively, and uphold the highest standards of communication and project delivery. Your goal will be to exceed client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with stellar quality.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Plan, execute, and close IT projects efficiently, aligning with client objectives and company standards

·       Lead and motivate project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence

·       Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets diligently, ensuring the best outcomes for clients and the company

·       Communicate proactively and effectively with all stakeholders, provide regular updates, and handle inquiries with professionalism

·       Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression

·       Adhere to established project management methodologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives

·       Embrace change and demonstrate adaptability in managing project pivots and unexpected challenges

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP certification is a plus

·       Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within an MSP environment

·       Possesses a solid understanding of IT services and infrastructure

·       Proficient in project management software and tools

·       Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

·       Experience in risk and resource management

·       Able to adhere to communication standards and project management processes

·       Ability to adapt to and manage changes and unforeseen events

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
