ROLE SUMMARY

This recruiting and training position is for DOXA’s VIP Assist Program. As a VIP Assist Recruiter (50%) and Trainer (50%), you will proactively source, screen, interview candidates, and provide recommendations for final interviews. You will also facilitate DOXA’s first-week training curriculum for new hires. Under this program, we hire individuals with backgrounds related to administrative, virtual, and executive assistants. You should have experience recruiting and hiring individuals with those backgrounds, as well as ensure success in training facilitation.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Source, screen, and interview candidates for the VIP Assist program 

·       Make final interview recommendations to the Program Manager

·       Process candidates following recruiting guidelines and selection procedures 

·       Serve as an excellent DOXA ambassador to ensure that candidates have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome

·       Coordinate and set up interviews and assessments and monitor until completion

·       Utilize a variety of sources for finding and connecting with prospective candidates 

·       Log candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases 

·       Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates and reports to stakeholders and clients

·       Handle DOXA’s offer process from start to finish, working with DOXA’s internal team

·       Hit hiring targets consistently while maintaining a high level of quality in candidates

·       Oversee DOXA’s VIP Assist onboarding training program, which includes facilitating training in areas related to technology, AI, calendar and inbox management, presentation creation, etc. 

·       Create and manage VIP Assist training scorecards for trainees

·       Facilitate end-of-training surveys 

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field preferred

·       Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition, Trainer, etc. 

·       Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

·       Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases 

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Good time-management skills

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed.
