Our client is looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on delving deep into customer data to forge not only positive customer experiences but also compelling narratives that drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate is customer-centric, highly motivated, and combines a passion for technology, and analytics with exceptional people skills. This role is pivotal in developing robust client digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and reports, and eventually taking on a client-facing capacity to champion the narrative directly. The Digital Marketing Manager will be instrumental in managing the intricacies of client deliverables and advertising inventory with utmost organization and attention to detail.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays




·       Handle the entire lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from crafting winning strategies to analyzing results and optimizing for success

·       Drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives through innovative online campaigns

·       Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

·       Conduct thorough market research to understand target audiences and identify the most effective channels to reach them

·       Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience

·       Manage campaign budgets and ensure all activities are completed within budget constraints

·       Schedule and manage campaign execution across different channels for many clients

·       Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness

·       Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategies

·       Produce highly detailed monthly client reports that detail campaign performance, and prepare forecasts that use data to create projections around revenue, and brand marketing progress

·       Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly changes in search behavior, AI, SEO, and competitor progress

·       Work collaboratively with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels


·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

·       Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management

·       Experience in client management

·       Experience in executing digital/virtual event marketing for audience acquisition    

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, video content marketing, etc.)

·       Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for clients

·       Project management skills to keep campaigns on track and within budget, and proactive

·     Google Ads Certification a plus

·     Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and paid search in Google

·       Client-facing communication and competency

·       Experience with HubSpot is required

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from various sources

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

·       Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns
