ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help their client increase its customer base through digital marketing efforts, including enhancing social media presence, running marketing campaigns, and lead generation. This role will be responsible for promoting the client’s services, handling communications with potential customers, and managing the client’s website and social media accounts.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Develop and execute an email and LinkedIn strategy to reach potential clients

·       Create social posts as well as manage and maintain social media sites

·       Promote posts and respond to queries

·       Run email campaigns and send follow-up emails

·       Build a contact list of potential clients and run email campaigns

·       Improve website by referencing other websites

·       Determine how the company can participate and respond to tenders and submit proposals

·       Enhance the social presence of the company

·       Help create new business coaching-related content

·       Add blogs and articles to the company website

·       Work on tasks as directed

·       Target industry-specific blog posts or articles

·       Generate leads and handle search engine optimization

·       Conduct market research and data mining

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       3-5 years of experience with digital marketing

·       Experience with social media management and lead generation

·       Experience as a content writer a plus

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Google Suite applications

·       Experience working with a CRM is a plus

·       Innovative, creative, and can think outside the box

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
