HR Director

ROLE SUMMARY

The HR Director will be a pillar in building the company’s culture, leading a high-performing team, and upholding HR practices to take care of our VIPs.

SCHEDULE: 6 AM - 3 PM Philippine Local Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Partner with leadership to build engaged and high-performing teams anchored in the company's culture and values

·       Manage and handle regulatory and operational risk and compliance requirements

·       Partner with Service Delivery leads to develop, implement, and manage KPIs and SLAs to drive a high-performing culture and handle performance management processes

·       Lead strategy and partner with Learning and Experience to implement optimal training and development programs

·       Own on-boarding and off-boarding process for a seamless experience for all employees

·       Lead the development as well as maintain and measure employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experience

·       Develop, implement, review, and measure HR standard practices and policies, and procedures

·       Gather, analyze, and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for the management and key stakeholders

·       Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications

·       Lead and manage small- and large-scale key initiatives

·       Work closely with Corporate Services through active participation in enterprise-wide initiatives, projects, policies and procedures, and strategy

·       Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll

·       Lead and facilitate the continuous monitoring of regulatory compliance requirements, employee and local labor relations, and associated codes of practice and integrate these developments into the employee handbook, policies and procedures, performance management, and training and development

·       Deliver high-level and non-routine professional advice and guidance to senior managers and employees on the interpretation of labor laws, policies, procedures, background investigations, the accuracy of employee data, terms and conditions of employment, etc.

·       Handle the full implementation of HRIS and ensure that business processes are aligned and optimized

·       Follow the latest HR trends and best practices to build and streamline processes, the employee handbook, policies, and procedures, etc.

·       Undertake ad hoc requirements and/or specific one-off activities

·       Act as the Lead for Business Continuity Planning partnering with Service Delivery Managers/ Directors

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

·       15-20 years of professional work experience in an MNC (multi-national corporation) or an organization with a global presence

·       Proficient in a broad variety of communication channels and current technologies (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Canva, etc.)

·       PMAP (People Management Association of the Philippines) associate preferred

·       Relevant professional certification

·       Outstanding work ethic

·       Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team

·       Experience with organizational change management practices

·       Experience in a start-up and build-to-scale environment

·       Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple HR disciplines, such as employee relations, payroll practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, labor laws, etc.

·       Excellent strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Agile and flexible mindset

·       Analytical, problem solver with a strong customer focus

·       Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

·       Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is someone who can dream, create, and are willing to push the envelope

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation

·       Knowledgeable in Learning Management Systems, digital technology, e-learning, and on-demand / agile learning tools and methodologies

·       Technical savvy and have the propensity to learn new technology or platform in a short period of time
