Email Marketing Manager
ROLE SUMMARY
The Email Marketing Manager will be integral to the marketing and sales-focused team. They will execute email marketing strategies, informing and educating effectiveness utilizing data-driven insights. This individual will help to increase quality leads and awareness in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Business Services, and client-facing teams. They have a breadth of experience developing and executing effective email campaigns, audience segmentation, and analytic reporting for everything email. This individual will also own our social strategy.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Build email drip and trigger-based campaigns using Pardot and overall planning, including audience segmentation, the general content of emails, timing, analysis, and testing opportunities
· Maintain and own Pardot and Salesforce reporting dashboards to show overall ROI from the email channel
· Own the end-to-end user journey, including creative ways to engage and reach clients, prospects, and partners through the email channel
· Collaborate with sales, partner, business services, client, and leadership teams to ensure design, layout, and messaging are clear and concise within the email channel
· Assist with creative direction and deliverables including collateral and email copywriting
· Manage social channels and strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
· Monitor the competitive landscape as it pertains to email and social
· Partner with the revenue leadership team on special projects, reporting, and process improvement
· Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent years of experience
· 2+ years using Pardot or similar tools in a marketing automation function
· 2+ years of digital marketing experience is required with a deep knowledge of email channel best practices
· Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing automation platforms
· Knowledge of email subscriber list best practices including CAN-SPAM laws
· Proven ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel with little to no oversight needed
· Working knowledge of programming languages (including HTML and CSS) for email execution
· Experience with email proofing tools
· Working knowledge of responsive email design and industry email best practices
· Effective, clear communicator in all formats
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
