ROLE SUMMARY

The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) will work directly with partner vendors to research and obtain hardware, software, and subscription service specifications and pricing.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Mange Microsoft 365 order requests through our distributors, Pax8 and Tech Data/Synnex

·       Communicate billable changes to our contracts manager

·       Leverage the client quoting platform, QuoteWerks to generate and manage product quotations and project and contract proposals

·       Use automated workflow within the line of business application, ConnectWise, to issue quotations to our team of virtual (chief information officer) vCIO’s associated with hardware warranty and subscription service renewal, in advance of the expiration date

·       Track documented client asset serial numbers and warranty information using the cloud asset management solution, ScalePad

·       Generate and maintain opportunities that correspond to the curated quotations within the line of business platform, ConnectWise

·       Update or refresh product quotes and project proposals, as requested on an ad-hoc basis, by the vCIO

·       Ensure that hardware, software, and subscription services on issued quotations are consistent with our established standards

·       Offer summarized product development updates to the client strategy team

·       Be prepared to learn and document procedures associated with the solution procurement and management

·       Participate in vendor-required training and certification courses and testing

·       Curate a set of standard operating procedures associated with their workflow and tasks, to permit an alternate individual to fill in for them when out of office

·       Cross-train an alternate in the quoting process prior to time off

·       Work very closely with our purchasing agent to ensure product ordering accuracy and timeliness

·       Need to self-prioritize open tasks and deliverables, based on client requirements and urgency

·       Work closely with the client strategy director to design and enact new quoting workflow that contributes to efficiency

·       Engage client points of contact directly with support subscription renewal quotes and follow-up questions for those clients under the management of type time and materials, resold services, managed backups, and any combination therein

·       Look for areas for process improvement and new tools/solutions that contribute to efficiency and accuracy in quote delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Experience in ConnectWise, QuoteWerks, and ScalePad is a plus

·       Experience with distributors Tech Data/Synnex, Pax8, and Ingram Micro is preferred

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
